Basil microgreens have a basil like flavor, often a little sweeter. It is aromatic and slightly minty. (16-day grow time needed)

Broccoli microgreens have a light, slight broccoli flavor. They are a little "earthy" and may have a little "bite" but overall have a mellow but bright flavor and a slightly crunchy texture.

Buckwheat microgreens have a nutty flavor with a slightly sweet taste. The texture is similar to wheatgrass, with a crunch from the stem.

Fennel microgreens have a mild anise flavor. (17-day lead time needed.)

Kale microgreens have a mild, earthy taste with subtle flavors that are both sweet and bitter. They have a tender texture.

Dun pea shoots have a mild, sweet pea flavor. They have a beautiful pale green stem with tendrils and leaves.

Parsley microgreens have a mild parsley flavor. We use flat leaf parsley which has a savory flavor.

Fava bean microgreens have a sweet and nutty flavor. They have thick stems and large, lush leaves.

Celery microgreens taste similar to mature celery stalk, but with a more vibrant flavor. Texture is described as soft. (30 day grow time needed)

Red cabbage microgreens have a sweet, mild cabbage flavor with a fresh and crunchy texture.

Green cabbage microgreens have a mild cabbage flavor.

Cilantro microgreens have a fresh, full cilantro flavor. (15 day grow time needed)

Cantaloupe microgreens have a flavor that is a mixture between honeydew and cucumber. They are juicy and are a larger microgreen. Similar to sunflower.

Carrot microgreens have a sweet and mild carrot flavor that add a unique feathered texture to dishes. (15 day growing needed)

Triton radish microgreens have a mild radish flavor. They have a crunchy texture with their red/pink stems and green leaves.

Sparkler radish microgreens are spicy like mature radishes.

Rambo radish microgreens are a beautiful purple and green variety that add depth to your spread. They are spicy like mature radish.

Diakon radish microgreens are a spicy microgreen similar to the mature radish.

Sunflower microgreens have a distinctive, nutty, and crunchy flavor.

Beet microgreens have a sweet and earthy flavor

Red amaranth microgreens are a vibrant red color with a mild and sweet flavor. Favorited by chefs. (15 day growing needed)

Endive microgreens have a slightly bitter, slightly nutty flavor.

Arugula microgreens have a spicy-bitter taste.

Spinach microgreens have a mild, spinach taste with a crunchy texture.

Mizuna mustard microgreens have a mildly sweet but spicy mustard flavor.

Kohlrabi microgreens has a mild but sweet taste with remarkable colored purple stems.

Swiss chard microgreens have a sweet, earthy flavor similar to beets and spinach. They are crisp and tasty.

Wheatgrass has a sweet, grassy flavor.
